Hottest Offers for May 4
Each Friday I share with you the hottest online marketing deals I've come across in the past week.

May Day discount on SiteBuildIt!
It's hard to describe what SiteBuildIt! is, because it does so much. It's more than a site-building tool.

Most site-building tools help you with the nuts and bolts of building a site. But then they leave you to figure out on your own how to make it profitable. Good luck with that, especially if you're just getting started in business online!

SiteBuildIt! takes you by the hand and walks you not just through building your site, but through every step of the way of making it profitable, too.

How much do I believe in SiteBuildIt!? Last time they had one of these discount sales, I bought a pair of sites for my two youngest children (one in high school and one in college). I gave them each a site. Each of them is now building a site on their own special interests with the goal of using it to pay for their own college education.

I wouldn't stick my kids—or their ability to pay for college—with a business-building solution I didn't fully believe in.

But remember, time is limited on this one. Click here to find out more

Or click here to go right to SiteBuildIt! and then click on the banner to find out more about the discount.

aWeber Autoresponder Service Free Tips and Tools
I've been preparing a full review of aWeber Autoresponder Service for this Sunday's newsletter.

I received a surprise.

I knew it was a great service. But what surprised me was to see how much you can get out of them for absolutely no cost.

And that makes aWeber a great pick for this week's hot offers.

Click here to find out what all you can get from aWeber for free.

Or go straight to aWeber to check out their full service.

Those are my picks for this week.

You can still check out some of the top offers that are still available from previous weeks. Check it out for some exceptional bargains that cost next to nothing.
Jeff

Are You a Wannabe -- or an Entrepreneur?
I always enjoy getting an email from Google AdWords master Perry Marshall. Fortunately, he's not a one-trick pony. He weighs in on everything from making your AdWords campaigns better to case studies on building businesses to philosophy.

And he never lacks for something interesting to say.

He sent this thought-provoking list to me a while back. I thought you'd enjoy it, too.

  1. Wanna-be's obsess about ideas. Entrepreneurs obsess about implementation.
  2. Wanna-be's want more web traffic. Enrepreneurs focus on sales conversion.
  3. Wanna-be's focus on positive thinking. Entrepreneurs plan for multiple contingencies.
  4. Wanna-be's want to get on TV and get "famous." Entrepreneurs build their list.
  5. Wanna-be's seek a perfect plan. Entrepreneurs execute and adjust the plan later.
  6. Wanna-be's wait for their lucky break. Entrepreneurs engineer four, five, six plans and execute them in tandem, wagering that at least one plan will get traction.
  7. Wanna-be's fear looking stupid in front of their friends. Entrepreneurs willingly risk making fools of themselves, knowing that long-term success is a good trade for short-term loss of dignity.
  8. Wanna-be's shield their precious ideas from harsh reality, postponing the verdict of success or failure until 'someday.' Entrepreneurs expose their ideas to cold reality as soon as reasonably possible.
  9. Wanna-be's put off practicing basketball until they've got Air Jordans. Entrepreneurs practice barefoot behind the garage.
  10. Wanna-be's believe what they're told, believe their own assumptions. Entrepreneurs do original research and determine what paths have been already trod.
  11. Wanna-be's believe they can do anything. Entrepreneurs do what they're gifted for and delegate the rest.
  12. Wanna-be's think about the world in terms of COULD and SHOULD. Entrepreneurs think in terms of IS and CAN BE.
So which one are you? A wannabe, or an entrepreneur?
Jeff

P.S. You like the way Perry thinks? You can get A LOT of Perry at his Renaissance Club, where he shares his knowledge of Google AdWords along with lots of other insider tips on building a successful business online.

Oh, and his rants are some of the most thought-provoking and entertaining I've ever seen!

Small Steps and Overnight Success
Ever wish you could wave a magic wand and suddenly have a highly profitable business burst into full bloom?

If you've struggled with your online business for any amount of time, you may be frustrated by the fact that this hasn't happened yet.

What if I told you that it was?

That's right. Your business may very well be closer to becoming an "overnight success" than you think.

That's because "overnight successes" are a product of an ever-increasing series of small successes. Those small successes eventually reach a tipping point that pushes them into profitability.

The problem is that many business owners focus so much on looking for the big successes that they get discouraged and give up while they're still in the small successes stage. They're well on their way, but they give up because they completely overlook the small stuff that's already happening to set up the bigger successes.

So what can you do to get past this?

First, realize that your initial successes will be small, and will come slowly at first. Instead of looking for a big bang right at first, look for little bips.

Second, don't wait for everything to happen on its own. Take continuous action to create those small successes. Find ways to make them come more frequently and to become larger.

The truth is that it is not the results that make you a success; it is what you learn about what works and what doesn't while you pursue success that leads to success.

Take continual action. Learn. Grow. Build on the things that work. Discard the things that don't.

Only then will you see the small successes getting larger and more frequent.

Finally, recognize the small successes for what they are: progress. They are evidence that you are on the right track, not proof that you're not doing well enough.

Rejoice in your small successes. Build on them. Because they're the foundation for the ultimate success you seek.
Jeff

P.S. I've found that we can't become successful in online business unless we're growing on a personal level. Personal growth and business growth are intertwined.

One tool I've found extremely helpful in whatever growth you seek (business, personal, relationship, prosperity, weight loss, etc.) is BANABU. BANABU has helped me immensely in growing and in recognizing and building upon the small successes I talked about above.

And it has a great exercise in one of its principles that is designed specifically to help you see exactly what I talked about in this post. It reveals how many more small successes you experience than you're currently letting yourself see. I was amazed when I did it. I saw how much I was overlooking that I really should have been building upon.

Click here to check out BANABU for yourself.

Doors Are Closing
I don't want to start sounding like a broken record here... but, don't say I didn't warn you.
This was just announced...

The doors will CLOSE to PortalFeeder in less than 24 hours from now. You can see the live countdown clock.

The doors to PortalFeeder originally closed back on December 6th 2005.

Since then HUNDREDS of people have wanted to get in. But, they couldn't.

PortalFeeder reopened its doors last week to accept an additional 400 members and I just heard from PortalFeeder founder Jason Potash that they have almost reached that limit.

That's why, the PortalFeeder website is going to be taken down on Wednesday (May 2nd) at exactly 12 noon Eastern.

Unlike many membership sites today that do NOT offer refunds or won't give you your money back after 30 days, PortalFeeder is the exact opposite.

In fact, I ENCOURAGE you to try out PortalFeeder for the next 30 days.

Here's a glance at a few of the comments from some new PortalFeeder members that they posted in the PortalFeeder Private Member's Forum:

Note: These individuals joined last week.

==================
>>David Hamilton (forum name: dehamilton)
'It has not yet been 24 hours since I became a member of PortalFeeder and I must say that I am blown away by the system and by the documentation. I have tried everything to develop a repeatable system and have spent a LOT of money on this and that 'solution' but I have yet to see anything that compares to the complete A-Z package that you offer.'

>> Ricky Thorne (forum name: Rick 64)
'... I.VE been looking for someone to help me understand the web terminology hold my hand and slowly build something really good.. i believe above all that i.ve seen P/F is a good start. i will give you 110% i.m ready.. ... thanks... jason 1 jason 2 and marc... i think even i can do this now!! :)
Rick
p.s. It was a great feeling unsubscribing to one or two sites i had considered to be useful.. that don.t hold a light to yours.. thanks lets make it grow'
==================

... Remember, these are comments from new members after only trying out PortalFeeder for a day or two.

Can you imagine what their comments will be once they roll up their sleeves and get into the awesome website and blog building software... promotion and link building tools and other resources that PortalFeeder has to offer?

Why not give PortalFeeder a try for the next 30 days? In fact, you have up to 90 days to make a final decision.

Go here now for complete details. But, what ever you do... DO NOT wait!

If you *blink* you could be standing in line once again, waiting for PortalFeeder to re-open its doors.

Will PortalFeeder close the doors for another 15 months like the last time? Who can say for sure.
Why take that chance? Before you forget, secure your seat right now:

P.S. - Making the decision to join us today could very easily change your life... just like it has for the many people you will read about at this site. Check out their inspiring stories right here:

I hope to see YOU on the inside. :-)

Monday Video - SiteBuildIt! Video -- Marketing With Humor
Here's your latest video in our Monday video series.

It's time for another funny one.

This one actually borders on bizarre...

Note: I have had to move the videos from my Monday Video series to pages on my website because of recurring technical problems from having them in my blog.

See this video and the full tip.

Or see the whole series of video critiques.
